Net Zero 2050 – driving new rules

In this video Carl McInerney, Director UK and Europe, talks about how companies need to prepare for these legislative changes and how PalletEarth’s new pallet solution can help deliver sustainability goals while addressing five key challenges facing supply chains in this new landscape.
Attention from around the world is rightly being placed on how we can reduce our carbon emissions and collective impact on our planet. The Net Zero 2050 goal is resulting in new legislation to ensure compliance and to support achieving the necessary change.
In Europe, the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive aims to ensure transparent and aligned sustainability reporting across the European region. From January 2024 all large companies will be required to report their emissions output and steps being taken to reduce their carbon footprint.
This is a significant driver of change across global supply chains and the associated infrastructure that sits behind it.
